An Institute Of National ImportanceInternal Complaints Committee on Gender Harassment
The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) of the Institute addresses the issues of sexual harassment on the women employees and students upon receiving a complaint. The committee functions as per The Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. To lodge a complaint, a victim may contact any of the ICC members personally or through telephone/ written application/ e-mail or send an e-mail to icc@nits.ac.in. The nature of the complaint and the identity of the complainant will be kept CONFIDENTIAL.
